I AM PREPPER

But other than that, there's no shortcut. Simply praying will not suffice. We all have to be Preppers at some level.
Under the concept of Qada and Qadar, we as Moslem cannot simply pray and hope for Allah to do all the work. That's not how the universe work. We ought to remember that all previous prophets were performing even tougher physical efforts than us despite the fact that all their wishes would undoubtedly be okay-ed if they choose to ask from God.
Physical and spiritual efforts must be performed together. That is the underlying principle in Islam. Qada and Qadar teach us that every efforts coupled with doa will 99% be granted by Allah. This is how the universe work by as pre-programmed by God. The only reason why there is 1% probability of failure is if God Himself have to intervene in order to save us from suffering something worse. For example, a guy might miss a plane to his holiday destination one day and he might ended up either cursing fate or thanking God. For example, he might start yelling things like "O MY GOD! Why are you doing this to me? I have work hard to save money for this trip. Didn't I deserve a 7 days break from all the hardship?". What he didn't know is that if God allows him to board that plane, he might inadvertently start a chain of event which lead to the plane crashing resulting to the death of 127 people on board. Similarly, when Khidir sank a boat, some passengers probably hated him thinking that he had prevented them from migrating to a greener pasture. What they didn't know is that Khidir had just saved their family from being brutally raped, tortured and killed by a Tyrant King and his band of barbaric army. Some people might not understand how the universe work, but our life actually are more connected to each others more than we care to imagine. That's why whenever you experienced some bad luck no matter how bad it is, you might want to thank God for saving you from the worst thing that should happen.
If we really wanted to save our self and our family from what might lay ahead, then Qada and Qadar dictates that we have no choice but to pray and become preppers following the foot steps of the people seen in the Youtube Video. Seriously speaking, unless our level of holiness had reached the status of Prophet Ibrahim whom God sent Gabriel to create the source of Zam-Zam water to satisfy thirst, then don't expect God to send Gabriel bringing a few box of McDonald burger and Coke to save us from hunger.
Praying will complete the efforts, but God still want us to move our arse.
That being said Putri, you're totally mistaken to think that it's difficult to become Preppers. Don't be so discouraged watching the Youtube videos I posted in previous articles. Those Preppers seen there are people who have been prepping for many years in order to achieve what they now have. They are the example of what anyone could achieved if persistence and discipline are maintained. The Larson family (the one with underground bunkers) is undoubtedly the winner because their preparation is as good (if not better) as any Illuminist family (Yes, the Illuminist are all preppers too). If you want to think about practicality, I think you should try to adopt the Bedford family's preparation (the lady who store bags of food) and later try to follow the footsteps of the McClung family (the one with the pool who grow their own food). That's a good way to start.

Since food will always be around (presumably) then why not just store money? Since that day, the banking system began and all sorts of bankers such as money keepers and money lenders began flooding people's life.
The typical mentality of people today is "if there's money, there's life". This is because we always assume that that food will always be around the corner and to get it all we need is to exchange it with a few colorful papers (Money).
The truth is, those bunch of colorful papers we have in our wallet is only good for wiping shit off our ass if not of the banking system. Similarly those plastic card (Credit Card) is only good to spread butter on bread if not of the banking system. It is the bank which gives value to that papers and plastics today.
If we believe in Al-Quran, then we must believe that the days of fitna and hardship is coming. It is therefore stupid to assume that the banking system will still be around during that period. What good would those papers and plastics then?
Preppers according to stereotype definition are people who preparing themselves for doomsday. This is true if define based on their intention. No wonder why the society looks negatively at Preppers. Preppers are perceived as a bunch of freaks and Doomsayers.
However, if we look from the lifestyle point of view, Preppers are in reality just a bunch of people who no longer 100% rely on the banking system. Preppers no longer rely on the bank as a middle man to convert papers (money) into foods and grocery. They eliminate this middle man role by either learning to grow their own food or by immediately purchasing food and store it. Preppers knew that when the banking system collapsed, there will be no fuel and electricity company running and therefore it is wise to learn how to live with a limited supply of it and consequently leave a minimum carbon footprint in their lifestyle.
I will admit that there will be major changes in our life if we decided to escape from the Bank's dominance on our life. For a starter, our preference will have to change into buying everything in cash rather than through loan. Preppers avoid their budget from being impended by the monthly commitment to the bank. Hence they spend every dime wisely to buy things they can only afford in cash.
Preppers have no tendency to change family car every year because the old one (loan fully paid) is good enough as long as it is serves the purpose of transporting them safely from point A to point B. If your husband decided to be a prepper, he will began to show interest to learn DIY (do-it-yourself) in about everything, from fixing the family's vehicle to cementing the crack on the wall. That I believe is a good thing, because a husband would be sexier looking like a mechanic rather than a couch potato.
Preppers have no desire to move into a new house because they know what's matter is not beauty but security. Even if a prepper have to borrow money from the bank to buy a house or a vehicle, preppers will chose an easy mortgage plan which will ensure that there's no risk of the house/vehicle being repossess because they will be spending lots of energy and time installing the best security system for the house. As far I know, no prepper has ever fails in paying the monthly installments for their houses. Preppers house might be small, but upon closer examination you will find out that the doors, the walls and the rooftop had been installed with materials which capable of withstanding any break in attempt.
If you analyze the life of Prepper, you will realize that becoming a prepper family is indeed a good thing. Preppers lead a simple life and avoid owing money unless they have to and can pay back for it. The cardinal rule of every preppers are "always be closed to your family" and as a result every preppers family members are very loving and close to each other. Preppers think something bad might happens tomorrow and therefore they love and cherish each other like the nuke might explode tomorrow, but at the same time they work their asses off making money because they need to fund their preparation for survival. That pretty much how Islam want us to lead our life - Live today like there is no tomorrow and do each prayer like it is your last.
In Malaysia, we are quite lucky because it's not as difficult to become a Prepper unlike the McClung, the Bedford and the Larson in the US. The biggest concern for Preppers in the US is the heavily armed marauders who might come fully equipped with machine gun and rocket launchers. Furthermore, there's quite a number of Nuclear plant in the US which poses a real risk of nuclear fall out. In Malaysia, the biggest threat are merely marauders with knife and machete. Therefore, in order to survive, all we have to do is to figure out a safe passage back to Kampung or to a nearby community for us to seek refuge.
I think it is not too far fetch to say that the only disaster that we might have to survive through is the racial based riot. Whether it be a 2012 corona mass ejection the McClung are predicting, or the hyper inflation feared by the Bedford, or the nuclear explosion foreseen by the Larson, or the election winning of PKR-PAS-DAP I think around the corner of 2013, any type of disaster in Malaysia will be followed by a deadly racial riot. When the banking system goes down and canned foods are missing from the grocery store, the blaming game will begin and one group of a race will began attacking another group of a race.
Therefore it is wise to prepare a refuge somewhere where you can be protected by your own group of race and family members. In order to avoid having to travel outside your refuge area to seek supply, it's wise to start stock piling food in your refuge center like what the Bedford had done with their home.
I am not ashamed to say that I'm sort of a prepper too.. although not as extreme as the McClung, the Bedford and the Larson. I've spent RM4,000 already funding the building of small four bedrooms under my wife parent's house. Fortunately for me my father in law is a house builder and therefore there's no need for me to pay for labor. The three rooms will be used by my in laws to make money via rental and the last room is for me. Once it done (another RM3,000 I expect) I will start modifying it as a small bunker with no windows and steel door. If I can save more money, I want to build a second bunker in the middle of my dad's orchard. Currently I store 12 bags of Beras Nasional and a stock pile of canned foods in a special store in my own house. Once my bunker is ready, I will start storing more rice and other things in my bunker. I'm also browsing the internet to see if anything good can be bought such as solar powered lamp or whatever. If I can afford it, buying a solar panel seems like a good idea.
I say, let us all become a Preppers.. If the whole country become preppers, the only one losing are the Banks. Contrary to what the Bankers might say, Preppers are actually good for economy because they spent every dime they earn on tangible things. If the whole country become Preppers then there would only be a small portion of national wealth sitting idle in the bank because the rest will go into circulation. When people began spending their money and buy tangible items, it will spurs the economy like you won't believe it. Do not be duped by western media who portrayed preppers as harmful to the economy by not spending their savings. Preppers perceive money as it really is - papers - and see no point in stock piling stack of papers for the Armageddon and therefore they always make sure those papers are converted into actual goods while the banking system still standing. It is the millionaires and the billionaires who harm the economy because they kept their money in the bank out of circulation. Preppers do exactly the opposite.

PUTRI: How can I make my preparation other than started reciting al-kahfi(1-10) and doa selepas tahiyat akhir. I don't have enough money to buy land/build house in remote kampung area, just depend on my parent's home. But as I'm living and working in KL, i'm afraid when the disaster/fitna whatsoever come, i'm not well-prepared. i read hadith somewhere 3 years before the emergence of Dajjal, there will be drought condition and water and food supply would be scarce.

QUESTION & ANSWER
I guess you all should have known by now that I'm planning to stop writing for this blog by the end of this month. I'm pretty much repeating what I've done with Anwargate in 1998, writing for a bit more than a year and went AWOL.. It's Afterdark style! Haha..
Anyway, also similar to what I've done to Anwargate, I will end this blog with a Q&A to tie lose some ends. I've selected several questions from my readers which I believe need answers. Some of these questions were posted in this blog's comments section, some were sent via Facebook while the rest were emailed to me.

Kardogan765 = I've already drank several bottles of Zam-Zam water I bought from the stores. Nothing happens. I'm still diabetic and still have to go to the Hospital once a month to get my prescribed medication. So what's next?
Me = You can't get the full benefit of Zam-Zam water by drinking the bottled and/or commercialized version. Zam-Zam water lost its healing property once it leave Tanah Haram. I know this sounds like me trying to make a pathetic excuse, but it's true.
How do I know that? Well my group sort of assumed that from our own study and discussion. Assuming that the Fountain of Youth has a healing property like the Zam-Zam Water, then why do the Luciferians spent billions of dollars trying to make sure the island belongs to them exclusively? Assuming that the rumors is true that Ponce De Leon did found the Fountain of Youth as instructed by Queen Isabella of Castile, then why did the Queen still died? And assuming that Khidir became Immortal after he drank from it, then why does he need to guard it until today?
The answer is simple if you think about it. Because the water only heal you if you drink it fresh from its source. The water and the geographical location where it located is one and together. That's why despite the trailing evidence of Khidir traveling around the globe, he still guarded the source of the water which suggests that he too need to from time to time drink the water from its source.
Furthermore, of all the stories about Khidir around the world, my group found no stories which suggests Khidir has ever bringing along a water container with him. If the water of life can be bottled then of course he (like anyone else) would bottled it up and bring it along either for emergency or sentimental purpose. But he haven't done so because he knew it would be useless to do so.
In my group, we interpret EVERYTHING LITERALLY. In fact, the rule said that everything that did not fit the literal interpretation of the source is considered tampered. That's the first thing we need to do before we start figuring out what the literal meaning will lead us to. LITERAL interpretation of Zam-Zam water is the water which sprang from the spot where Gabriel (Jibril) kicked the ground. Unfortunately that spot is now bricked and covered with steel, preventing public access to it. The one we drink today is from a tap piped out horizontally by the Saudi authority. In the good old day the water from the well was drawn via ropes and buckets, but today the well itself is in a basement room where visitors are not allowed to enter. Scientifically speaking it's still Zam-Zam water, but if I have my way I would prefer to drink from that exact spot where Gabriel's feet had landed before, and I would prefer to drink it while I'm still in Tanah Haram.

I've been planning to write extensively about this but there simply isn't enough time. Therefore, I will try to make my point across as briefly as possible.
The government do controls the news - I admit that. The newspaper and the 8 o'clock news were understandably tailored to favors the government - I admit that too. In fact, newspaper editors and television producers in Kuala Lumpur are probably instructed to make the opposition look bad and Najib look good all the time - I have no problem admitting that may be the case.
But that's now how the Luciferians controls your mind. You are not subjected to mind control program while reading the local newspaper or watching the 8 o'clock news. No it doesn't work that way.
The mind control thing happens subliminally through programs streamed from or made by Hollywood or other companies controlled by the Luciferians. You were subliminally programmed since childhood when you watch the Disney cartoon. Then when you're teenager the programs continued when you hear rock n roll music or watching MTV. When you're an adult you were constantly programmed when you watch everything the Luciferians made - from Cartoon to Music Videos to Movies on the silver screen.
These are the things that no government can control because Hollywood stuff is everywhere in our telly today. In fact, the only people who have spared themselves from such influence is the aboriginal type who still lives on the tree and wear bamboo to cover their genitals.
All mind control programs were communicated subliminally. Some can easily be identified such songs and movies which promotes Lucifersm openly. Black metal songs promotes murder, suicide and satanism. Movies like Twilights, True Blood and Pontianak Kampung Batu on the other hand promotes the idea that unholy creatures can be gentle, kind and cute. Then we have movies which promotes the idea that it's okay to commits the most sinful act. The mainstream media in the west have been planting the idea that it's cool being a gangster, committing adultery, being gay etc etc. In Malaysia it seems like lots of movie producers are endorsing the same idea to be brought on screen.
Even the Disney and Nicklodeaon channel has become evil this day. Lucifersm is very much highlighted in the children series 'House of Annubis'. In other Disney produced series, the 7 cardinal sins such as Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Acedia, Wrath, Envy, Pride, Vainglory are constantly promoted to children. This is rampant in television show like iCarly, Victorious and Big Time Rush, where all the main character are singers or dancers or superstars. None of these characters contributes anything tangible to the world. All they knew is singing and partying.
Other more advance type of mind control are even better concealed. Specific sounds were emitted during the TV programs or movies that can affects your brainwave patterns. Combined with specific keywords which were embedded in the scripts or lyrics, the Luciferian can make mobilize you to vote for certain candidate, join riots, topple your government and even kill your mom and yet you thought the idea is entirely yours.

The Luciferians saw what's happening, and they took the opportunity to use her case as an experiment. Rupert Murdoch instructed two teams to compete against each other using her as a pawn for data-mining. One team based in England were instructed to unleash the most malicious smearing campaign against her. All tactics known in the political arena to assassinate someone character were used on her. The newspaper was filled with news intended to attack her character. They call her ugly, crazy, arrogant, snobbish, senile, horny, etc etc etc. Another team based in America were tasked to defend her. The media was again used to portray her as kind religious, holy, angelic, humble, charismatic, and beautiful.
The clash of these two titanic experiments proof to be a gold mine for anyone who study human science. Because Susan Boyle was able to survive against the onslaught or character attack by one side of the Illuminati, then she had become sort of a landmark case-study for the 21st century for the Illuminati. If certain characteristic of Susan Boyle is duplicated and adopted to politics, then any candidate pawned by the Illuminati will win the election.
Just imagine how useful such knowledge can be to win the Malaysian 13th General Election?
Our group was also participating in our own group study of her phenomenon. 2009 has been a busy year for us. We watch with our mouth hanging as 'team Susan' defeated the nastiest media attacks the 'team anti-Susan' had deployed. this was unheard for. Yes, we have studied the same phenomenon with Mao-Zedong (his "cultural revolution" euphoria which saw youths all over China worshiped him like God) and Hitler, but that kind of irrelevant already because during the era of Chairman Mao and Hitler, there was no 'new media' (internet, satellite TV, independent TV and radio broadcast) and therefore the government media have total control over the population. Susan Boyle phenomenon is better suited for the new millennium. She has no looks, no charisma, no articulacy, no tertiary education, no real ambition, etc etc. In fact, she's definitely the worst candidate to run a country. However, if she could be nominated for Britain premiership during the peak of her popularity, she could probably win.
It was at this juncture that profilers around the world realized that "religion" is definitely the new theme which will dominate the world politics in this new millennium. Susan Boyle was well accepted by her followers - new and young - because "Team Susan" re-introduced the "traditional value" to the masses. Susan Boyle is a devout catholic and whenever she speaks, "praises to the Lord" seems to be the idea behind her every speech and songs. She has an amazing voice, but it only worked with Broadway music which has the church feeling in it. There's an interesting theory we have about Dajjal and the period before his emergence which came to mind whenever I look back at SUBO phenomenon. The theory is not mine but is quite interesting. He make this prediction based on his own profiling of SUBO phenomenon.
As you might as well already know, Dajjal only walks the earth for 40 days around the globe and yet the influence he amassed in such a short of time is beyond reality. All women would falls in love with him and all men will adore and follows him. In fact, according to hadith, you may have to chain all the ladies in your hour to prevent them from running away from home to embrace Dajjal.
Setting supernatural power aside, such influence can be generated if key ingredients from SUBO project are deployed and amplified shortly before Dajjal emergence. If media is used to dupe mankind into thinking that the "Saviour of the World" is coming, then by the time Dajjal emerged, all he has to do is rides the global phenomenon already corrupting the world.

In my group, we interpret EVERYTHING LITERALLY. In fact, the rule said that everything that did not fit the literal interpretation of the source is considered tampered. That's the first thing we need to do before we start figuring out what the literal meaning will lead us to. LITERAL interpretation of Zam-Zam water is the water which sprang from the spot where Gabriel (Jibril) kicked the ground. Unfortunately that spot is now bricked and covered with steel, preventing public access to it. The one we drink today is from a tap piped out horizontally by the Saudi authority. In the good old day the water from the well was drawn via ropes and buckets, but today the well itself is in a basement room where visitors are not allowed to enter. Scientifically speaking it's still Zam-Zam water, but if I have my way I would prefer to drink from that exact spot where Gabriel's feet had landed before, and I would prefer to drink it while I'm still in Tanah Haram.

I've been planning to write extensively about this but there simply isn't enough time. Therefore, I will try to make my point across as briefly as possible.
The government do controls the news - I admit that. The newspaper and the 8 o'clock news were understandably tailored to favors the government - I admit that too. In fact, newspaper editors and television producers in Kuala Lumpur are probably instructed to make the opposition look bad and Najib look good all the time - I have no problem admitting that may be the case.
But that's now how the Luciferians controls your mind. You are not subjected to mind control program while reading the local newspaper or watching the 8 o'clock news. No it doesn't work that way.
The mind control thing happens subliminally through programs streamed from or made by Hollywood or other companies controlled by the Luciferians. You were subliminally programmed since childhood when you watch the Disney cartoon. Then when you're teenager the programs continued when you hear rock n roll music or watching MTV. When you're an adult you were constantly programmed when you watch everything the Luciferians made - from Cartoon to Music Videos to Movies on the silver screen.
These are the things that no government can control because Hollywood stuff is everywhere in our telly today. In fact, the only people who have spared themselves from such influence is the aboriginal type who still lives on the tree and wear bamboo to cover their genitals.

Even the Disney and Nicklodeaon channel has become evil this day. Lucifersm is very much highlighted in the children series 'House of Annubis'. In other Disney produced series, the 7 cardinal sins such as Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Acedia, Wrath, Envy, Pride, Vainglory are constantly promoted to children. This is rampant in television show like iCarly, Victorious and Big Time Rush, where all the main character are singers or dancers or superstars. None of these characters contributes anything tangible to the world. All they knew is singing and partying.
Other more advance type of mind control are even better concealed. Specific sounds were emitted during the TV programs or movies that can affects your brainwave patterns. FRIENDLY REQUEST
Assalamualaikum,
I just want to inform my readers that I'm have started writing my fiction novel 'Jerejak' since yesterday. Actually I have been writing two version of it since a couple of months ago but all those drafts were canceled because of my dislike of how my own style of writing in it.
In the first draft, I tried to adopt a basic novel approach of telling a story from a third person perspective (like Harry Potter books) but I dislike it. I simply have no talent to write as though as I was watching the event from a third person view. Furthermore in the first draft I created a lady character 'Wardina' as the protagonist. Unfortunately after reading the book "Men From Mars and Women From Venus" I began to realize that a male author should never pretend that he knew how a woman talks, act and feel. Another thing which contributed to "Wardina" being canceled was the name 'Wardina' itself. I didn't like the name anymore because it reminds me of one Malaysian celebrity who is clearly pro-Anwar.
In the second draft, I adopted the "Twilight" approach which is to tell the story from a first person perspective. Clearly however I have no talent to follow Stephanie Meyer's style of writing. In order to write in such style one have to 'feel' a lot. In Twilight series you could read everything that Bella was thinking and feeling towards Edward, Jacob and other characters in the story. This clearly a style only female author can accomplish. I tried doing the same and ended up feeling ooey-gooeey (yuck!). I now know why in my single days I haven't been able to write a single love letters to all my ex-girlfriends and even my to-be wife. It turned out I am unable to express my feeling through alphabets even-though I am certainly capable of showing it through conduct.
This third draft is the one which worked for me. It's a memoir style like Tun Mahathir in his book 'A Doctor in a House'. I like it and I think I will be able to finish it. Here I don't have to pretent I'm a woman or feeling like a woman. It's just me writing the way I did since AnwarGate 1998 which is an article style. I maintain the way I writes in all my internet articles. The best of all I can even copy and paste from my previous article and that would save a lot of energy.
I'm now looking for "friends" who can assist me in correcting my English grammar. The article is written in English due to the fact that visitors to my blog are 70% foreigners and 30% local. If you're interested then you're welcome to contact me via my facebook (just search for "afterdarkwrites").
It would also be really helpful if regular readers could leave a comment on how to improve the story. In order to do so, just send a 'Friend Request' via your FaceBook to me. I favors those who are willing to use their real identity in their Facebook as my 'friend' who could leave comments.
It has been decided by my seniors that the novel will comprise of three series. The first shall tell the story of the battle in Jerejak, the second about the battle in Putrajaya and the third the battle in Sarawak near Brunei. Once completed, all stories shall be absolutely FREE for anyone to download and re-distribute as long as the entire story originality is maintain. My previous desire to make any money out of it went into flame the moment I decided that I will mention Anwar Ibrahim and several other real-life person in that novel.

HOLIDAY NOTICE
Hi, I've decided to take a break for a while. I'm thinking about completing a novel which had been on delay for several months already.
However, I noticed on the news just now that MTUC is planning to hold a nationwide picket on 3.11.11. I'm probably paranoid but it's already a habit of mine to be wary of any massive rally scheduled on any Illuminati numbers 3,7,9,11,13,33,39.
So I hope none of my readers would join the picket unless the picket falls on any other numbers. If you do share MTUC opinion, find other ways to voice your grouses. Start a Facebook petition, begin blogging, hack the government website, or erect a gigantic billboard in front of your house displaying your protest (that ought to bring attention!), just don't join any public rally.
Bearing in mind the purpose of the picket is to condemn the proposed amendment to Workers Act, I have no doubt that the majority of people whom are dying to go to the street are pro-opposition.
Me paranoid? Maybe.. But we're living in the age of the Illuminati. It's always better to be paranoid than being too late.

LEGEND OF THE IMMORTAL
ASSALAMULAIKUM, I HAD SPEND THE ENTIRE SEPTEMBER TRYING TO COMPLETE MY ARTICLE ABOUT KHIDIR BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL TO DO SO. I JUST LOST INTEREST AND FOCUS TO WRITE ABOUT IT. HOWEVER, SINCE IT'S ALREADY 1/4 DONE, THEN I'VE DECIDED TO POST IT HERE TO START OF THE OCTOBER UPDATE OF MY BLOG)
Greetings to all my readers and my friends the Malaysian watchers.
There's a guy who sent me an email condemning my last article about Khidir. In case you haven't got a clue of who Khidir was, then kindly peruse me previous article 'the Immortals'. But if you are too lazy to read it, then I shall accommodate your laziness by briefly telling you that Khidir is an immortal who was born during the day of Alexander the Great and is prophesied to be killed by Dajjal (Anti Christ) in the future.
So this guy who dare to condemn me actually said he had never heard of Khidir before. Therefore he accused me of being full of shits. His reasons? Well, he said that it's impossible for any immortal to have live under the radar for thousands of years, avoiding detection by the rest of mortal beings.
Initially, I was quite surprised to hear that. But then again I shouldn't be surprised with the Y generation of today. I mean, most of them might have heard of Nameewee and his film Nasi Lemak 2.0, and yet they haven't even heard about 'As-Sufyani' and 'The Black Banners'.
Ehem.. Clearly some Malays in this country doesn't read books that much.
I would understand how someone would think it is impossible for immortals to have walk on the face of the earth. Logically speaking, if such immortal do exist, then there ought to be slips and mistakes here and there revealing his presence in the course of human's history. Take Lucifer for example, this immortal condemned creature had been know to try his hardest to conceal his existence (ever heard "Devil's greatest lie is that he didn't exist"?) up to the point of concealing his existence from some of the elite members of the Illuminati. But still Lucifer made a slips now and then, didn't he?
Being human and all, I think Khidir did made a few slips throughout centuries. Legends about mysterious men wearing green outfit are abundant all over Europe and the rest of the world even though it rather odd that these legends has never made it into the silver screen.
In continent where Muslims is dominant, this man is quickly rumoured to be Khidir and therefore there's no real mystery there of where he got his supernatural power from. However, in most region in Europe where non-Muslims were not familiar with his history, his exploits there inadvertently caused certain myths such as him being a spirit, a ghost, a saint and even a green spirit of the forest.
Through a brief period of time my group have compiled stories from various sources. In conclusion we believe Khidir is still the same old Khidir who once joined Alexander the Great (Iskandar Zulkarnain). Khidr I believe, is still the same old warrior who wanted to die in battle as Jihadist. This attitude doesn't seems to abate by time. Therefore in order to identify the legend which hinted the presence of Khidir or other immortals, one must not take the entire story as the truth. Instead, we just note the necessary "elements" in order to consider that "Khidir was probably there even though he might not be doing what the legend said he did.
A good example is about the legend of the invincible green warrior St-George. From the onset, a lot of Muslims wouldn't like to like the idea that St.George might be Khidir. This is because St.George is a character in Christian legend. In what best known as the ‘Golden Legend’, a princess was about to be sacrificed to the dragon when St George, who was conveniently passing by, came to her rescue by killing the dragon with a single blow from his lance. The legend goes on about him then delivered a powerful sermon and converted the locals to Christianity.
Now, reading legend like this would certainly make you uneasy because we know Khidir would never choose Chritianity over Islam. However, people often failed to realize that the story about St-George as portrayed by the Christians actually refers to the period before Islam. Therefore it would be unfair to prejudice all those who embraced Christians before the coming of Islam. Furthermore, we all have learn that there's Christians prior to the coming of Islam who are truly "Ahl al-Kitāb" (أهل الكتاب) for example Waraqah Bin Naufal and King Najasyi. As in the case of Najasyi for example, as a true Ahl al-Kitāb he had 'upgraded' his faith from Christian to Islam in a blink of an eye immediately upon learning about Muhammad.

After only four hours of battle 70 Russian were dead, 26 were captured alive and the rest of Russian advancement stopped and withdrawn. It was during interrogation that the Russian prisoners were surprised to learn that they were surrendering to such a small group of Mujahideen. They've swore they have been ambushed from four different directions by what they thought thousands of Mujahideen. They're clearly telling the truth because the injured and dead Russians were suffering gun shoot wounds at different angle of their bodies too. When asked whether any of them have seen these other 'groups' of Mujahideen, they replied they did not but two soldiers did recalled briefly seeing a green clothed man up hill pointing his AK-47 shooting towards the Russian. No Mujahideen had seen the mysterious green man.
Coincidentally enough, that the place where this story took place actually was quite near to a place in Afghanistan named "Khawaja Khidr" (Khawaja Khidr is Khidir's other name in India). How this remote places came to be named "Khawaja Khidr" is beyond me and it doesn't make sense considering that from satellite it can be seen that there's generally nothing there except for hills and forest. This place also one of many few places which had never been attacked by the Russian forces.

In one swoop, Sir Gawain beheaded the Green Knight only to have the strange Knight calmly stand, retrieve his head, and tell Gawain to meet him at the Green Chapel at the stipulated time (this is one reason why the watcher's think this knight is Khidr because there's a clear indication of immortality here).
A year later Sir Gawain departs to the Green Chapel where Gawain saw the Knight sharpening his axe. Gawain honorably bends to have his head cut off, only to have the Green Knight fake two blows, then barely nick him on the third. The Green Knight then reveals that he merely wanted to test Arthur's court. He and Gawain then part on good terms.

But there's a condition, if he didn't die then he will have his turn to cut their head off the next night.
Each of the three warrior beheaded the giant's head but to their horror saw the giant simply pick up is head and put it back to where it was once. The night after, only a warrior by the name of Cúchulainn came to honour the agreement while the other two cowards had ran away fearing death. Similar to what happened to Sir Gawain, the Giant revealed his true face and declared Cúchulainn as the true warrior for his honorable conduct.
In S.E Asia, the appearance of Khidir can be traced during the Java War. According to an article presented by an Indonesian friend in the Group, during the war the Dutch had killed almost 6000 ulama. Now, the situation in Indonesia with the Dutch East India Company (VOC) has one stark contrast with Tanah melayu and the British. Therefore when the princess of Indian serpents went to get the water, Khwaja Khizr ordered her to reveal her human form first before allowing her to get some.
